Ford Safety Features That Shine on Halloween Night Near Marietta, OH
Halloween brings more foot traffic to neighborhoods than almost any other evening. Dark costumes, excited kids darting between houses, and busy streets create challenging driving conditions. Ford offers safety features designed to help in these situations.
Whether you are driving a Ford F-150, Explorer, or Bronco Sport, here are some key Ford safety features to know about this Halloween:
Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking: This system watches the road ahead and can apply the brakes automatically if it senses a potential collision.
Pedestrian Detection: Ford's pedestrian detection technology can identify people in the road and alert the driver or help apply the brakes.
Blind Spot Information System (BLIS): BLIS monitors hard-to-see areas beside your vehicle and alerts you when another vehicle enters your blind spot.
Lane-Keeping System: This feature helps keep you in your lane, especially on narrow neighborhood streets.
Rear View Camera: Every new Ford comes with a standard backup camera, giving you a clear view behind your vehicle.
Automatic High Beams: This system adjusts your headlights based on oncoming traffic, helping improve visibility without distracting other drivers.
These features are standard or available across popular Ford models, including the F-150, F-250, F-350, Explorer, and Bronco Sport. Having this technology on your side can help you drive with greater confidence.
